Getting better results

The photos matter more than anything else

If your result feels wrong

Re-take the photos in better light. Color season analysis is sensitive to lighting; the same person can read as a different season under tungsten vs. daylight. If you still disagree with the classification after good lighting, try the secondary season Hueka shows in the result detail — it's the closest alternative.

Subscription help

Restoring purchases on a new device

Open Hueka → Try Pro → Restore (at the bottom of the paywall). Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Cancelling

iPhone Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → Hueka Pro → Cancel Subscription. Pro features remain available until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

Refunds are processed by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

Your photos never leave your iPhone. We don't have a server that could see them, even if we wanted to. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
